Our Board of Directors

John B. Dube, Jr., M.A.: John has been teaching at Timberlane Regional High School for over 27 years. He has been a Social Studies teacher (including stints as the department head and coordinator) and he is the founder and head coach of the Timberlane Boys Volleyball team. He enjoys building models and cycling. John is a founder and the Chair of the Board.

Marta Modigliani, MS, JD: Marta is employed as an Attorney for the State of New Hampshire.  She attended the College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, Massachusetts for her undergraduate work; Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, for her Masters in Counseling Psychology; and, University of New Hampshire School of Law for her law degree. Before obtaining her law degree, Marta was the former Program Director of Family Mediation & Juvenile Services, a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing delinquency and out of home placements. Since 2004, Marta has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Family Mediation & Juvenile Services. Marta is a founder and Vice Chair of the Board.

Alex Mill: Alex is the Treasurer of the Board.

Timothy Lena, MSW, CPS has over 26 years of experience in the substance abuse prevention and intervention field.  He started working as the Student Assistance Program Coordinator for the Salem School District that was based on Ellen Moorehouse’s model. During this time Mr. Lena also served as a regional and national trainer/consultant for the Northeast Regional Center for Drug Free Schools and Communities, and the National Volunteer Training Center.  In 1997, Mr. Lena began working for the Timberlane Regional School District as the Student Assistance Program Coordinator.   Tim is Past- Chair of the Southern Rockingham County (So Rock) Coalition for Healthy Youth and has been instrumental in helping secure numerous grants which funded prevention trainings including a statewide Project SUCCESS training for 30 existing SAP’s on the most current Evidence Based Practice. He has actively promoted training and technical assistance that support Mentor/Mentee relationships for the Student Assistance field.   Past President of the Prevention Certification Board of NH, he received his Certified Prevention Specialist credential in 2009.  He has also been trained as a trainer in the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program, and has Co-trained several schools in Timberlane School District.  In 2015, Mr. Lena was appointed to the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention, Treatment and Recovery. Tim is the Secretary of the Board.

Kacie McFadden: Kacie is a Director on the Board.

Eileen T. Dube, M.Ac., MS-PREP, L.Ac.: Eileen has over 25 years of experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors in a wide range of roles from academic research to strategic planning, business operations and program management. She is also a licensed acupuncturist and owner of Merrimack Valley Acupuncture where she is honored to be able to work with her patients on their journeys. Eileen shares this life with her best friend and husband, John, and is the proud mother of her amazing twin sons, Evan and Conor. Eileen is a founder and Director on the Board.
